Refund Policy to Renters/Customers:
If a reservation is cancelled for any reason (weather, scheduling conflict, or life event) 50% of the total rental payment amount will be retained and 50% will be refunded to you the Customer. By booking the reservation and making the payment you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy
